Privacy and site information.

Who runs this site

Cubi Mini DIY is run by Ewelina Surlej, a private person. Contact: address on this page.

No accounts, no forms, no cookies

You can use everything on this site without signing up. There are no forms and no advertising or tracking cookies.

Hosting and visit statistics

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and shows us only totals (for example how many people opened a page and from which country), never who you are.

When a template is opened, we add one to a counter for that file and day. No personal data is stored with it.

What stays in your browser

Some small things are saved only in your own browser (local storage), never sent to us: on which pages you found Mini and Cubi (cubi-mini-found, cubi-cubi-found, cubi-cubi-gap) and the language you chose (cubi-lang). You can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

YouTube videos

The videos come from YouTube. A video loads only when you click it; before that, nothing is sent to YouTube or Google. After you click, YouTube’s own privacy rules apply (privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com).

If you write to us

When you send an email, we use your address and message only to reply. We do not share them with anyone and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask what we keep about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

Links to other sites

Links to YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook open those services, which have their own privacy rules.

Templates and characters

The templates are free for personal and classroom use. Please do not sell them or the things made from them, and do not upload the files elsewhere: share the link to the page instead.

Characters and brands shown here (such as Pokémon, Sanrio, KPop Demon Hunters, Minecraft and My Little Pony) belong to their respective owners. This is an unofficial fan project, not connected with them.
